Stock numbers typed in by hand drift away from the shelf. In Hisabche the stock level is built from movements — sales, purchases, transfers, adjustments and counts — and every movement leaves a trace.
Every stock number has a history
For each item you see which sale, purchase, transfer or adjustment changed it. Correcting stock from the item page records an adjustment instead of silently overwriting the number.
Low, out and negative stock
Items at their reorder level show as low; zero or negative show as out of stock. Negative stock is never hidden, because it means more was sold than was recorded as bought.
Multiple warehouses and stock counts
Move stock between warehouses and record periodic counts; the difference between the count and the system becomes an adjustment.
Units, weights and barcode scanning
Track items by piece, kilogram or a custom unit, and scan barcodes with the phone camera in the mobile app.

- Does selling reduce stock automatically?
- Yes, when the invoice line is linked to an inventory item.
- Can I delete an item that has sales?
- No — items with sales or stock history are protected so past invoices stay intact. Deactivate them instead.
- Does stock update offline?
- On the phone and Windows apps, yes, and it syncs when you reconnect.
