Where offline actually works

Syncing when the network returns

Work done offline on the phone or Windows app is queued locally and sent in order as soon as you reconnect. There is no button to press and nothing to re-enter.

How this differs from old desktop software

Traditional installed software is offline too, but the data lives on that one machine: you cannot reach it from a phone, and if the machine dies the records go with it. That combination — offline-first plus cloud sync — is the actual difference, not offline on its own.
