What if I record the same invoice on two devices?
Anything already synced is on the Hisabche server, so a broken device does not lose it. Changes not yet synced stay on that device — which is why it is best to sync whenever you are online.More about security
Is my data kept on the phone too?
Yes. A local copy lives on the device so that recording an order never stops, even if the server is unreachable.

What happens to my data if the internet goes down?
In the desktop and mobile apps, every entry is saved on the device and queued. Once you reconnect, the queue is sent to the server — nothing is discarded because of an outage.How offline works
What if two devices change the same record at the same time?
Hisabche never silently overwrites one change with the other. The conflict appears on the Conflicts page so you decide which version stays.How offline works

Do I need to know accounting?
When recording a sale, pick the customer and record the unpaid amount on credit. What they owe shows in accounts receivable and the customer balance report.Customer debt
Can I manage credit and debts?
Yes. Every credit invoice sits in that party’s file and each partial payment reduces the balance, so you always know who owes what.Inventory management
Can I record purchases as well?

Does Hisabche use double-entry accounting?
