Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms for Hisabche's paid plans.
1. Free trial
Before purchasing a paid plan, you can use the free tier or trial period to confirm Hisabche is the right fit for your business.
2. Refunds
If a technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature and it is reported within 7 days of purchase, you'll receive a full refund.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period except as described in section 2.
4. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, email support@hisabche.com with your transaction number.
