What you set up first

You are asked a few short questions: your business name, your language, and the currency your books are kept in.

Choose the currency carefully. Every amount is stored in the currency it was recorded in. You can change what you are shown later without anything in the books changing.

  1. Create an account and confirm your email.
  2. Set your business name and your books’ currency.
  3. Add a few products or services.
  4. Create your first invoice.

If you already have data

Coming from paper or another program, the data-migration screen takes your file and shows a preview before anything is saved. Nothing enters your books until you confirm.
