On mobile and Windows

On the mobile app and the Windows version you can work with no connection. What you record stays on the device and syncs by itself once you are back online.

If the same record also changed elsewhere, you are shown the conflict and choose — rather than one silently overwriting the other.

In the browser

The web version needs a connection to work. If your power or connection comes and goes, the mobile app or the Windows version is the better choice.
