What the wallet is

Each business has one wallet, not each person: the balance belongs to the business and does not move when a colleague leaves. Each currency has its own balance.

Only the owner, or a manager allowed to manage the business, sees the wallet and pays from it. Every movement stays in the history with its date and the balance after it.

Topping up

Payment methods are defined by Hisabche; each shows its own destination and instructions. Until one is defined, the page says so.

A top-up is a request: support checks the payment and credits the amount that actually arrived. Until it is approved you can withdraw it.

  1. Open «Wallet» from the menu and choose a payment method.
  2. Pay the amount to the destination shown.
  3. File the amount, the tracking number and the date; card transfers also need the last four digits of the card. A receipt is optional.
  4. Once approved, the balance shows on the same page.

Paying the subscription from the wallet

On the «Plan & Billing» page, choosing a plan offers paying from the wallet. Paying activates the plan at once, without waiting for review.

The plan price is set by Hisabche, and the balance must be in the plan price's currency. The wallet stays open after a subscription has ended, so you can renew.
